Tv NEMZETI KULTURÁLIS ÖRÖKSÉG MINISZTÉRIUMA nka Nemzeti Kulturális Alapprogram A Design Terminál Kht. és a Magyar Formatervezési Tanács a Budapesti Őszi Fesztivál keretében második alkalommal rendezi meg a Design Hetet, amely ebben az évben több mint 70 helyszínen látható. A 40 esemény között szerepel 14 magyar és 9 külföldi designtárlat, konferenciák, kerekasztal-beszélgetés és folyóirat-bemutató. A rendezvény kiemelt eseményét a tervező hallgatók kirakat-kiállításai jelentik, melyek forgalmas bevásárlóközpontokban tekinthetők meg. Az Iparművészeti Egyetem 125. évfordulóját a számos esemény mellett design aukció, nyílt napok, valamint utcafesztivál színesítik. A Hét ideje alatt szakmai díjak adományozásával is elismerik a hazai tervezői teljesítményeket: a Magyar Formatervezési Díj 2005 kiállításon, a tervezőhallgatók kirakattárlatán, az Aranyrajzszög grafikai díj kiállításon, valamint a Divatolimpián. A tavalyi sikeres buszos Design Túrák idén bővebb kibontást nyernek, 7 napon át tematikus túrák keretében közel 50 designbolt, galéria, kávézó, kiállítási helyszín megtekintésére nyílik lehetőség. The Design Week, organised by the Design Terminal and the Hungarian Design Council for the second time this year, celebrates Hungarian and global design in all its glory with dozens of programmes at 25 venues in Budapest. The core event is the „Design for Sale”, a student competition visually merchandizing design in shopwindows. Other events include Hungarian, French, Polish, Finnish and Czech design shows, conferences, round-table talks, the rich jubilee program of the 125 years old University of Arts and Design, Budapest, the Fashion Festival and the second Fashion Olympics. Design prizes will be awarded to the latest domestic achievements, among them the Hungarian Design Award 2005, and the Golden Thumb-Tack Award 2005.
