Összefoglalás: A szerző közleményének második részében a nonverbális közlési formák között áttekinti a készítmények szerepét, a távolságtartást, mint informatív tartalmat, továbbá a környezeti tényezőket. A metakommunikáció meghatározásából a viszonyt minősítő mozzanatot hangsúlyozza. A sikeres metakommunikáció feltétele, hogy meg kell ismerni a másik fél pszichikai rezonanciaképességét, érzelmi világát A verbális kommunikáció tárgyalása során abból indul ki, hogy a beszédnek is két rétege van. Az egyik forma dominánsan a limbikus rendszerhez van kötve. A másik az intellektuálisabb tartalmú propozicionális beszéd. A meggyőző kommunikáció feltételeinek tárgyalásában kitér az egyoldalú és a kétoldalú kommunikáció lehetőségeire a szociális otthonokban. A meggyőző kommunikáció nem lehetséges meleg emberi szó nélkül, amelynek egyik forrása, hogy az egyén igyekezzék a másik egyén sorsát átélni. Summary: Communication as a means and process of integration in social care homes (second, final part). In the second part of his paper the author deals with the forms of non-verbal communication such as the use of instruments and space and also the role of the environment as means of giving information. He contentrates on the elements of meta-communication which can strengthen a certain relationship. The precondition of the succesful meta-communication is that one has to know the sensibility and emotional characteristics of others. When dealing with verbal communication the author points out that there are two layers of speech. One form is dominantly connected to the limbic system. The other form is the propositional speech which carries the intellectual content The author discusses the possibilities of one sided or two sided communication during persuasive communication in social homes. Persuasive communicazion is not possible without warm human words which may come from the understanding of the personal fate of other persons.
