Wagner writes on the situation and treatment of Gypsies in post-1945 Hungary. In a review article, Geza Jeszenszky examines recent works on the controversial Hungarian statesman, Istvan Tisza. These studies are followed by reviews of two "foreign language" works relating to Hungary and Hungarians.
