BERNÁTH et al.: STEREOCHEMICAL STUDIES, VIII 351 [38], and tropane alkaloids [5], 1,3-acyl rearrangements were subsequently studied only in a few instances. Acyl migrations with l,3-diphenyl-3-aminopropanol derivatives were investigated by Stühmer [39—41]. No acyl rearrangement was observed with the “a” isomer, but it occurred in the “/3” isomer to a limited extent.
