2007/103. szám MAGYAR KÖZLÖNY (3) E rendelet 4. §-a a rendelet 4. §-a szerinti Megállapodás 2. cikkében meghatározott időpontban lép hatályba. (4) E rendelet 5. §-a a rendelet 5. §-a szerinti Megállapodás 13. cikk (2) bekezdésben meghatározott időpontban lép hatályba. (5) E rendelet 6. § (1) bekezdése a rendelet 4. §-a szerinti Megállapodás 2. cikkében meghatározott időpontban hatályát veszti. (6) E rendelet 6. § (2) bekezdése a rendelet 5. §-a szerinti Megállapodás 13. cikkében meghatározott időpontban hatályát veszti. (7) E rendelet 4. §-a, 6. § (1) bekezdése, valamint a 7. § (3) és (5) bekezdései hatályukat vesztik, ha a 4. § szerinti Megállapodásban valamelyik szerződő fél arról értesíti a Magyar Köztársaságot, hogy nem kíván a Megállapodásban részes féllé válni. (8) E rendelet 5. §-a, 6. § (2) bekezdése, valamint a 7. § (4) és (6) bekezdései hatályukat vesztik, ha az 5. § szerinti Megállapodásban valamelyik szerződő fél arról értesíti a Magyar Köztársaságot, hogy nem kíván a Megállapodásban részes féllé válni. (9) E rendelet 2. §-a és 4-5. §-ai szerinti Megállapodások hatálybalépésének napját, valamint a (2)—(6) bekezdésben meghatározott időpontok naptári napját a külügyminiszter azok ismertté válását követően a Magyar Közlönyben haladéktalanul közzétett egyedi határozatával állapítja meg. (10) E rendelet végrehajtásához szükséges intézkedésekről a külügyminiszter gondoskodik. Gyurcsány Ferenc s. k., miniszterelnök A Kormány 205/2007. (VIII. 2.) Korm. rendelete az Európai Közösség és azok tagállamai, valamint az Amerikai Egyesült Államok közötti, a GALILEO és a GPS műholdas helymeghatározó rendszerek és kapcsolódó alkalmazások elterjesztéséről, nyújtásáról és használatáról szóló Megállapodás kihirdetéséről (A Magyar Köztársaság a Megállapodást 2004. november 1. napjától ideiglenesen alkalmazza.)§ A Kormány a Megállapodást e rendelettel kihirdeti. 2. § A Megállapodás hiteles szövege és magyar nyelvű hivatalos fordítása a következő: „Agreement on the Promotion, Provision and use of GALILEO and GPS Satellite-Based Navigation Systems and Related Applications The United States of America, of the one part, and the Kingdom of Belgium, the Czech Republic, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Estonia, the Hellenic Republic, the Kingdom of Spain, the French Republic, Ireland, the Italian Republic, the Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Malta, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Poland, the Portuguese Republic, the Republic of Slovenia, the Slovak Republic, the Republic of Finland, the Kingdom of Sweden, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Contracting Parties to the Treaty establishing the European Community, hereinafter referred to as the „Member States”, and the European Community, of the other part, recognising that the United States operates a satellite-based navigation system known as the Global Positioning System, a dual use system that provides precision, timing, navigation, and position location signals for civil and military purposes, recognising that the United States is currently providing the GPS Standard Positioning Service for peaceful civil, commercial, and scientific use on a continuous, worldwide basis, free of direct user fees, and noting that the United States intends to continue providing it, and similar future civil services under the same conditions, recognising that the European Community is developing and plans to operate a civil global satellite 7841
