í Zelenak Katalin művészi tevékenysége erős szálakkal - stílszerűen: a gobelin lánc és vetiilék fonalaival - kötődik a múlthoz, a múlt maradandó értékeihez. Gobelinjeinek fontos részei az egv-egy jelentős műalkotásból ‘fősejlő részletek, alakok, amely hatással volt rá. Olykor egész sorozatot szentelt egy tini tel jes kibontásához. Első ilyen sorozata a Reneszánsz portré I.%1. és a többi, ehhez kapcsolódó grafika, terv, részlet Raffaello ifjú képmása cimú festménye ihletésében készült. Olykor szétszabdalja gobelin felületén a művet, ’ úgy hatol be titkaiba, máskor a szövést szabadon hagyja, kihangsúlyozva textilmivoltát. Mesterien sző. A minuciózus munka gondosan, hosszan készül, igy, bár eddig is számos hazai és külföldi kiállításon vett részt, ez a mostani lett az első igazi bemutatkozása. Tordai Aliz The artistic work of Katalin Zelenák is attatched with strong threads - in style, the warps and wefts of the gobelin - to the past, and its lasting values. Important parts of her gobelins are the foreboding details, figures of a significant work of art that inspired her. Sometimes she devoted a whole series to the complete unravelling of the details of a composition. Her first series of this kind, “Renaissance Portrait I-II” and the other graphics, draughts, details connected to them has been made under the inspiration of Rafael's "Portrait of a Young Man”. Sometimes she cuts up the painting on the surface of the gobelin, penetrating into its secrets this way, other times she leaves the weaving unimpeded, emphasising its textile nature. She weaves in a masterly manner. The minu tious work takes a lot of time and caring, so this exhibition is going to be her first real individual introduction. Aliz Torday ■ ■
