100 Částka XIV. — 34. Úmluva mezi moenářstvím Rakousko-Uherským std. ode dne 26. listopadu 1880. některé lodi nebo jiného zaměstnání, neb až námořník do svého domácího státu, po případě do kolonií toho státu se vrátí nebo smrtí sejde. Při tom klade se podmínka, že námořníkovi třeba, by užil první, anaž se mu vyskytne, příležitosti, prokázati se před příslušným úředníkem toho státu, jehož pomoci sobě vyžádati chce, že té pomoci má zapotřebí a proč, jakož i že ta potřeba pomoci pochází z dokončení služeb na palubě některé lodi. Kdyby tomu nebylo tak, pomine povinnost k pomoci. Tato povinnost pomine i tehda, když námořník desertuje nebo za příčinou nějakého zločinu z lodi se vyhostí, nebo když vlastní vinou onemocněv nebo byv raněn, ke službám neschopným se stal a proto ze služeb se propustil. Tato pomoc vztahuje se k vyživování, k odívání, k lékařskému ošetřování, k lékům a k útratám pocestním. Kdyby námořník sešel smrtí, zapraví se také útraty za pohřeb. Tato úmluva po přivolení rakouských a uherských sněmoven a po opatření sankce Jeho císařského a královského Apoštolského Veličenstva nabude moci jednou dobou i v říši Rakousko-Uherské i ve Spojených královstvích Velko- Britanských a v Irsku a zůstane v platnosti potud, pokud jedna ze stran se umlouvajících davši jednoroční výpověď, za to nepožádá, aby úmluva platnosti pozbyla. Na svědomí toho podepsaní vzdělali tuto úmluvu a opatřili ji svou pečetí. Dáno v Londýně dne dvacátého a šestého měsíce listopadu 1880. (L. S.) Hengelmiiller m. p. (L. 8.) The relief includes maintenance, clothing, medical attendance, medicine, and travelling expenses; in case of death the funeral expenses are also to be paid. The present agreement after being consented to by the Austrian and Hungarian Legislative Bodies and sanctioned by His Imperial and Royal Apostolie Majesty shall come into operation in Austria-Hungary and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland on the same day and shall continue in force until one of the contracting Parties shall announce to the other, one year in advance, its intention to terminate it. have In Witness whereof the Undersigned signed the present Agreement, and have affixed thereto their seals.
