Stefán M.: The Owners Structure and the Development Data of the Hungarian Steel Companies' .............................1 A study carried out for the MVAE (Hungarian Iron and Steel Industry's Association) shows the changes from the end of the eighties till our days occurred in the property conditions and the efforts made to bring the state owned plants in private property of the steel companies belonging to the Association. The financial and profitability indices (being public) during the period 1997 to 2002 describe properly the situation of the enterprises. The delay or the omission of these steps may possibly result in a crisis. Analyzing the Hungarian situation, the author states, that the Dunaferr group reached a point of inflexion and the taking of the needed steps is a question of basic importance. The Hungarian State is not interested in such an education, the training in the technical institutes has been finished as well. The solution nowadays may be the organization of training courses, where the foundries can train their own workers not having a special qualification, or collegues with an other qualification. The participants of such courses can get official certificates from the state owned technical institutes or from the Commercial and Industrial Chambers. Szvorecz Judit read a paper during the 65th Foundry World Congress explaining the possibilities and results of this training method. Though the mechanical properties can sensitively change due to the variation of thermal history of the glass, the observed phenomena have no practical influence on the recent applicability of these glasses.
